The new collaboration, West Elm x Pierce & Ward is so good - it's charm filled ( charm, my new favorite descriptor ) full of character and adds a certain je ne sais quoi to a room. Unique pieces that softly blend into a space but stop your eye in a great way as they are full of yes, charm.

Friday afternoons signal the wind down of the week and a favorite simple moment is to light a candle - last week I shared this one from Zara home and this weeks round up includes this fun one ~ wouldn't it be pretty lit?

I've started a small potted herb garden that is going to live outside but I've become a little crazy about it, making sure they are sitting in the sunshine in the living room during the day, following advice from a reel that basil should always have water sitting in it's base to absorb ( it's actually crazy how much it takes in ) - a stop at the garden store yesterday yielded thyme and rosemary and another great warm brown terracotta pot, but almost bowl shaped.
