Recipe | Drunken Shrimp

While I'm putting together the latest This Week At Our Table — I thought I'd pop in and share this recipe— it was a good one!


This was a totally different take on a pasta dish than I have ever made — and it's SO good. The only thing I did differently from the recipe was cut the garlic down to 3 cloves and I accidentally but kind of on purpose read the 2 tsp of butter as 2 tbsp — can't say it was a bad thing ;)


As I was reading the recipe I kept thinking white kidney beans / cannellini beans would be a great addition, and they were —
