Popping in to share a quick recipe that I love and is my go to for the best French Onion Soup.. perfect comfort food for days like these! I follow the recipe and let the onions caramelize for about an hour, so make this soup when you have some time to hang out in the kitchen or prep the onions before hand. I had white onions in the pantry, as you can see in this before photo, and they came out amazing. I also skipped the cognac and up the beef broth to 4.5 cups. Happy cooking!
