As much as I’d like to stay wrapped up in bed today I’m so ready to take on 2016! It’s that time of year where we all pledge to start working out, eating better, setting goals and making plans and well I think if we tackle it all in easy steps we won’t disappoint ourselves!
With the kids off to school this morning I popped back home and instead of sitting down at my computer I made use of our workout room and did 30 minutes of Jillians yoga workout. I am terribly out of shape and have no problem admitting it! I’m hoping that I can stick to working out a few times a week just to make myself feel better! I’m going to have a peek through all of Jillians videos and see what else I’d like to try! I’ve had this workout for years and it is one of my favorites. ( When I do it ;) )
Second commitment : WATER. Ahh it sounds so easy but I am terrible at drinking water through out the day! I am vowing to take my S’WELL water bottle with me everywhere!
Third : I need to get back to meal planning! My week is so set when food is planned and all bought..why do I keep straying from it?! I’ll be back later today to share what I’m trying this week just incase you’re interested in any of the recipes!
