Wednesday // Fish Tacos with Pico de Gallo, cabbage and lime crema from Gwyneth Paltrow

Thursday // Ginger Beef Satay with Asian Veggies from Curtis Stone Good Food Good Life
Friday // Beer Battered Onion Rings ( gluten free! ) and Jamie Olivers Insanity Burgers // Cup for Cup is my FAVORITE gluten free flour, and I’ve tried A LOT! You substitute it exactly for flour in any regular recipe you have and it tastes just like the original!
Saturday // West Virginia hot dogs from Katie Lee’s Endless Summer + fries
I love cookbooks and I would love to get my hands on these ones!
