Curtis Stone’s Korean Steak tacos are quite simply unreal. My absolute favorite thing to make and eat right now. I’ve started making it a reoccurring Friday night dinner then on Saturday I eat leftovers for breakfast and lunch. . . they’re that good.

I use Udi’s corn tortillas and heat them up in a frying pan until they are soft and slightly browned!
