I also wanted to let you know about a few recipes.. I switched up my meal plan a little this week from what you saw here and enjoyed them so much I can’t wait to make them again. I’d like to keep a big bowl of this soup in the fridge for lunches all week!
This simple summer corn soup is also the perfect winter chowder! I make the blended version with milk. My kids adore it too. I served it last night with bacon and tomato sandwiches and it was the perfect comfort food :)
Tonight I made Quinoa salad with roasted beets, chick peas and oranges with marinated chicken. It’s been over a year since I last made this salad and I don’t know why I waited so long, love!! I used a really simple chicken marinade and it was so yummy. You can grill or oven cook this one –
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
So easy right?
