Our girls are out of school this coming Thursday so hubs and I wanted to take a few days and spend a little time together.. we love a great lunch date so we spent the week trying out a few new places!
The restaurant of Nicole and Francine Gomes. Nicole recently won Top Chef Canada All Stars and we loved watching it so it was fun to be able to try it out!
The building is adorable and the food delish. It’s a take out spot but there are some benches out front that you can sit and dive into lunch right there! Loved that they have gluten free options, I would have LOVED to try the fried chicken, but the rotisserie was soo good.. and the chipotle lime corn and bean salad was insane good!

Amazing cocktails ( have the Romeo & Juliet! ) and to start the deviled eggs and brussel sprouts are MUSTS!
I LOOOOOVE Mexican and this is hands down the best I have ever had. They have the coolest vibe inside, and the menu is 98% gluten free or can be altered to be.. I mean, happy dance!! We had guac, the bean and cheese tostado and tacos.. SO GOOD. Have a mezcal margarita.. oh my! There are so many things I want to try so you can bet I’ll be back.. probably next week ha!
